The Episcopal Church has called on congregations to help address and dismantle mass incarceration and its effects on individuals, families, and communities. That work is rooted in our Baptismal Covenant and its call to “respect the dignity of every human being.”

St. Luke’s Ending Mass Incarceration (EMI) ministry seeks to help our parish learn more about these issues and consider ways we can respond. Watch The Shepherd’s Voice in the months ahead for occasional facts, resources, and opportunities to learn and engage.
